     [摘要] 目的 了解我市医疗机构门诊口腔科医院感染隐患因素的现状。 方法 对26所医疗机构门诊口腔科引发医院感染的隐患因素进行调查。 结果 医院感染隐患因素存在：设备的配置不健全、操作程序不规范、工作人员的防护意识淡漠、专业知识缺乏、医用材料的使用方法不当。 结论 各级医疗机构要重视口腔科院感管理工作，加大督查及制度落实力度，保证患者医疗安全。
